During this much-hyped shopping day, it is great to find something absolutely FREE. And fun too!
Bob Evans is giving away the mp3 of his “Take 3 - A Twist on We Three Kings” to get you in the Xmas spirit. You can download it free from his website at http://www.bobevansguitar.com/?p=2863
You can also download the music for it in notation, tab, or both. There is even a video of Bob playing it. And a fun arrangement it is. He crosses the Xmas carol with Dave Brubeck’s famous Take Five, and so the carol swings along much of the time in 5/4.
You may need to register on the site to download it, but don’t worry about that. Bob has a lot better things to do than spam you, and I think I’ve gotten about three emails from him in the past year. And I’m glad I got this one.
